Flat Belt Convey raised Oven offered comprise electrically heated conveyor ovens that consist of different zones where the same temperature can be provided in zones along the path of belts.
Here, control panels are provided in each zone as well as a common control panel is also provided as per client’s specific requirements.
Other than this, fans/blowers are incorporated in each zone for meeting the demands of air circulation and uniform temperature.
With these ovens coming with precision tuned components including rollers, flat-wire, flex wire, parallel chains, Tef-glass mesh or solid belting, these are developed to ensure precision movement of the products through the infrared oven.
Further, the use of tubular steel frames also adds to its rugged construction, thus delivering longer service life standards.
